About the Job Role
Grant Handling are actively recruiting for a service coordinator to work within a busy depot
environment. You will ideally have experience working in a similar role and industry.

You will be a key part of the service operation and be a great communicator, you will be dealing with
a wide range of people both external and internal and be able to organise a busy and varied
workload.

This is a cradle to grave role where you manage the process of opening jobs, communicating with
customer and engineer and following this through to job completion. This is a busy, well balanced
opportunity where you will have a chance to make a real difference to our customers and service
offering.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience coordinating a fieldbased team of engineers
  • Good communicator with the ability to speak with engineers and business managers
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Good attitude with the ability to stay motivated and productive
  • A customer focused perspective and approach
