Accounts Assistantto join their team.


The
Accounts Assistantwill work to ensure all related tasks are effectively completed which will in turn contribute towards the efficiency of the company moving forward.

The
Accounts Assistant position itself entails the following in summary:

The Role in Summary

  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Cashflow Tracking
  • Regular Payment Runs
  • VAT Returns
  • Handling HMRC Queries and Inspections
  • Production of Management Accounts
  • Maintaining Lead Schedules including Accruals and Prepayments
  • Attending Board Meetings (mostly by telephone/Teams/Zoom) including dealing with any queries arising from the management accounts.
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Registers & Calculating Depreciation
  • Liaising with Other Service Providers
  • Liaising with insurance brokers
  • Property Portfolio Management
  • Loan Administration
  • Document Management
  • Company Secretarial Support
  • Liaising with Government Bodies, such as Ofgem
  • Supporting clients with different transactions such as refinancing, acquisitions and disposals.

Working Schedule, Benefits and Salary Offered
- £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (Full-Time equivalent) dependant on experience.

  • Fulltime, office based, Monday to Friday. 40 hour working week.
  • Hybrid working potential after successful completion of probationary period.
