Role:


Darktrace Academy sits at the heart of Darktrace's enablement strategy, helping to enable both internal employees and external customers and partners.

The Academy is currently seeking to hire a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to assist with our growing enablement programs.


Working within our growing Education team, you'll be based from either our central London office or Cambridge HQ on a hybrid model with 2 to 3 days in the office.


Responsibilities:

You'll be leading on the administration of Darktrace Academy's Learning Management System and your role will include:

  • Providing support on setting up and organizing course content within the LMS, including multimedia elements, assessments, and assignments
  • Supervising all programs hosted on the LMS, ensuring they are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their L&D needs and requirements,
  • User management, including managing user accounts, access permissions, and enrolment processes.
  • Promoting best practices in utilizing the LMS for optimal learning experiences,
  • LMS program oversight and support
  • Integration and customisation; collaborating with IT to integrate the LMS with various thirdparty tools, software, and platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed decisionmaking,
  • Competency with Microsoft products and digital systems, such as Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Video & Graphics Editing Software
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS to customize and enhance the user interface and user experience within the LMS
