Administrator role where you are part of a great team?


In your new role as the
Administrator you will be supporting the team with the highest standards of administration and customer service.

We would love to speak to dynamic, enthusiastic and driven individuals with the ability to manage a variety of tasks, and with strong communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and supporting the whole team with admin & operational support.

We have a full job description we can share with you but your accountabilities as the
Administrator will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for all general queries.
  • Organising meetings, lunches and visitor refreshments.
  • Developing, reviewing and updating policies & procedures.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Providing general administrative support to enable the smooth running of the business.
  • Incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Supporting customer service across the business within other teams as needed.


This is a busy and varied role so planning and organising, adapting and responding to change are also ideal traits.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
