    Description:
  • Certification in one or more Cloud technologies.
  • IaaS, PaaS (ideally Amazon Connect), SaaS (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce),
Kubernetes (containers), microservices.

  • Data Analysis approaches including Data Warehousing, Hadoop and or structured data
approaches.

  • Understanding of Network and Security architectures.
  • Understanding of business case development, Project, and Risk Management.
  • Insight into market and industry trends, and their impact on customer solutions.
  • Experience working across multiple verticals e.g., telecom, banking, retail, insurance,
travel etc.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, e.g., Financial Services, Utilities, Travel.
  • Experience within technical consultancy and/or service delivery organisations.
  • Experience in business transformation to a digital business model
  • At least one of the following:
  • Experience working with Technology Business Management (TBM) technologies
  • Apptio, Cloudability, Cloud Health etc.
  • Experience of multichannel or omni channel technologies, platforms, and
propositions.

  • Experience of business process optimisation and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience of Sustainability agenda including environmental considerations,
CO2 reduction initiatives and tracking.

  • Experience of Big Data approaches, AI & ML, Data Science, Data Analytics.

Requirements:


  • An exceptionally qualified people manager with experience in business
transformation as part of a global matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in and contribution to the customer and/or employee experience
engagements.

  • Skilful at creating "art of the possible" outcomes across a diverse set of technology
platforms.

  • Financial economy driven.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and mainstream strategic solutions strongly
preferred.

  • A leader with Executive presence demonstrated by excellent and energetic public
speaking skills across scenarios (e.g., customer 1-on-1, 1-to-Many Events, executive

briefings, etc.).

  • Recognized in the brand and/or Industry relationships.
  • Participation in relevant associations is a strong positive.
  • Experienced in managing diverse & remote teams with international and multicultural
members.

  • Able to navigate a fastpaced environment and to manage through ambiguous scenarios
as needed.

  • Recognised for building and retaining strong customer relationships, with CXO
engagement skills.

  • Ideally MBA certified, with a Business Professional accreditation in AWS, GCP or Azure /
TOGAF Business Architecture Level 1.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver the GlobalLogic business consulting propositions; building
compelling client propositions in collaboration with Capability Leads, Sales and Strategic

Partnership SMEs.

  • Organise the required skills and resources to deliver the consulting assignments
effectively; working with the Sales, Resourcing and Service Delivery SMEs to ensure that

that appropriately skilled and experienced consultants are aligned and that services are

delivered to time, cost and quality objectives.

  • Create and innovate the practices and tools required to deliver the consulting
assignments effectively working with the relevant teams to ensure that working practices

are aligned to organisational best practice and that any improvements highlighted are fed

back in to the owning team.

  • Lead the development of required collateral to take consulting propositions to market
ensuring that the Sales, Pre-Sales and Practice Engineering teams have visibility of

these for future adoption and resale.

  • Conduct and facilitate client workshops, meetings, calls, and presentations as agreed
with the Practice Lead, working with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the brief is

clear, delivered effectively and that outcomes are aligned with the objectives.

  • Contribute to the overall sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives, working with
Business Consultants from across the Business to build compelling and cohesive

client narratives that align to organisational objectives and deliver value based digital

transformation to our client base.
