Used Car Sales Director

Location:
Covering Dealership sites from South London down to the South Coast - flexible

a daily basis

Salary:
£100,000+

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL AUTOMOTIVE.

The Role.
To support the CEO to develop and launch a Used Car Retailing strategy. Embedding best practice group-wide in all aspects of the Used Car function.

Requirements.

A proven track record of success in senior motor retail positions.
The role requires an individual who is focused on quality with a robust work ethic and high levels of personal and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

To develop and implement a robust Used Car Retailing Strategy.
Build relationships with all stakeholders to improve performance.
Lead and support an exceptional team across all functions.
Deliver a worldclass customer experience and promote the vision and values of the business.

Experience:

-
5 years + senior experience in Motor Retail with a successful track record
:

Ability to solve complex problems through systematic analysis.
Ability to continuously improve processes.
Ability to deliver positive change.
Ability to develop and deliver strategic interventions whilst being handson to drive results.
A full and valid driving licence and am happy to travel throughout South London to the South Coast region on a daily basis.
