Description
To complete various tasks for Social Housing clients. The assignments may include, cleaning communal areas. Fully cleaning vacant properties in preparation for new tenants. Removing items left behind by previous tenants, and window cleaning.

Gardening, which includes cutting lawns, strimming edges and hardstands i.e.

car parks, pathways etc, cutting back bushes and hedges and weeding, removing old lawns and gardens, levelling off and returfing.

Plus, any other jobs as required.

Must hold a clean driving licence for more than 2 years


Job Types:
Zero hours contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wirral: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
