Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Planner for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

The role is to provide support administration and services management. You will be responsible for the management of Case Clean/PPM Planning and their processes.

Typically, you will be working 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

Be responsible for the management/control of the Case Clean/PPMs process.
Be responsible for ensuring Compliance is upheld.
Be financially responsible for Case Clean and Maintenance contracts.
Understand the varied processes for service client's contract & accounting.
To support the contracts account/service managers.
Be responsible for the administration team's training/development needs.
Be responsible to ensure all administration process are followed.
To ensure controls are met to identify any outstanding purchase orders and unissued parts.
To ensure controls are met for the recording of legislative documentation to meet the client/company recommendations.
Comply with statutory, Company and regulatory H&S rules and regulations.
Ensure correct PPE is worn / used when required in accordance with Company requirements.
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved locally, to next in line and H&S Manager.
Ensure all required H&S paperwork is signed and completed in accordance with job requirements.
Liaise with the H&S Manager on matters as required.
