Technology is a strategic hypergrowth area for EY globally, which means this is an exciting time to join to help build out the EY technology brand in the early careers space - and EY Student Recruitment have recently built a new sub-team focused on tech recruiting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the in-house student recruitment team at EY, finding future talent that will enable EY to deliver on local, regional, and global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversight and management of the 360recruitment lifecycle focused on filling roles based on workforce planning requirements and business needs
  • Proactively supports the student recruitment team across all regions supporting wider attraction strategies to build a tech brand and advocacy across diversity
  • Delivers top up graduate and school leaver hiring strategies for local market and niche requirements engaging directly with universities to expand the technology talent pool
  • Drives continuous improvement of the recruitment process to reduce talent loss and time in process
  • Identifies new approaches and highly diverse pipelines and talent pools (refugees/military/stem/neurodiversity)
  • Proactively engages with the student team to plan sourcing for niche hard to fill roles and develops business engagement to expand volunteers and brand ambassadors based on recruitment data and demand forecasts against fill rate
  • Actively champions Metaverse/Hackathon/Virtual reality as part of the tech events and engagement strategy targeting diverse talent pools
  • Supports the student hiring strategy to ensure a crisp order to the business (workforce planning, Events/Attraction, Nurturing, Assessment, onboarding, offer)
  • Engages with leaders to bring EVP and brand to life through storytelling to build brand awareness for tech hiring
  • Involvement in cross team projects and initiatives to support the wider

People Skills for Success:

diverse group of Student Recruitment Managers and Advisors to deliver a
best-in-class student recruitment process

    relationships with key business stakeholders to provide expert recrui
