We are currently recruiting for a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Stepping up to support all Helpdesk functions when the Manager is on leave.
  • No direct line management, but people support and guidance responsibility.
  • Planning jobs for engineers and subcontractors.
  • Working in conjunction with Managers and Coordinators to ensure seamless management of the contract.
  • Helpdesk cover to meet clients' needs.
  • Inbound and outbound call handling.
  • Providing Administrative support to the Helpdesk Team.
  • Raising quotes and Purchase orders.
  • Chasing jobs for completion.
  • Assuring all jobs are at the correct status.

About You:


  • Strong Customer service skills.
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Experience working with the CAFM system is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
  • Work well as part of team and on your own.
