Wild are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Team Leader, this role with be split in to two main areas - operational and people.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing escalations
  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Monitor and manage team activity
  • Lead and support a team
  • Contribute to new business ideas to improve the customer service experience
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to help implement the teams vision

Experience:


  • Managerial experience within an office environment
  • You will need to be proactive and driven to want the best out of a team
  • You will be motivated and a selfstarter who likes to be hands on and get involved with all aspects of the department
  • Experience coaching and developing a team
  • Previously managed complaints
