Wild are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Team Leader, this role with be split in to two main areas - operational and people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing escalations
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Monitor and manage team activity
- Lead and support a team
- Contribute to new business ideas to improve the customer service experience
- Work closely with the Team Manager to help implement the teams vision
Experience:
- Managerial experience within an office environment
- You will need to be proactive and driven to want the best out of a team
- You will be motivated and a selfstarter who likes to be hands on and get involved with all aspects of the department
- Experience coaching and developing a team
- Previously managed complaints
