Due to continuing success and growth, we have a rare opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our ambitious and passionate team in Mayfair, to create and deliver opportunities to enhance both the artist and client experience.


As Brand Partnership Executive you will work closely with the Director of Brand to build and develop exceptional, commercially focused relationships with external brand partners and affiliations while sourcing new and exciting key artists and deliver opportunities across the Clarendon Fine Art brand.


Day to Day you will:


  • Act as a key point of contact, providing an exemplary service to select artists in Clarendon's portfolio inc: Christian Hook, Sherree Valentine Daines and Michael F. Rumsby.
  • Act as primary contact to Christian Hook, providing a personalised service to all daytoday matters inc. general queries, travel, accommodation, entertainment arrangements and more.
  • Partner with key Artists to understand and translate their creative vision into practical, executable ideas showcased through events, network introductions and collaborations.
  • Host key artists when interacting with Clarendon including evening and occasional weekend events.
  • Create opportunities to amplify the Clarendon and artist brands through the identification of networking, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities with likeminded brands and individuals.
  • Identify high net worth introduction opportunities by working with other brands and exclusive members clubs to support the brokering of mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
  • Identify and arrange appropriate celebrity collaborators / endorsements for both Clarendon and our artists, amplifying both brands through creative collaborations and channels.
  • Work with the central marketing team to ensure appropriate and meaningful media / PR coverage of affiliate / collaboration / celebrity activity to broaden brand reach.
  • Identify and attend appropriate networking events to broaden and strengthen potential connections and collaborative partnerships opportunities.
  • Identify and work with likeminded community and charitable organizations to generate opportunities to support one another's ambitions and visions.

Artist events and Commercial development:


  • Present meaningful proposals regarding potential collaboration events including costs, coverage and return to investment with both brands and architectural locations.
  • Host both clients and artist at events ensuring exemplary attention to both the artist brand and commercial opportunities.
  • Support the coordination of and events management of both intimate and largescale events with the ultimate attention to detail and ensuring a seamless experience for all those in attendance.
  • Support the invention and execution of exciting immersive experiences that bring the Clarendon and Artist brands to life to create rich interest and captivation with existing and potential clients.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional experiences to highnetworth individuals to create business generation.
  • Be intuitive, engaging, and creative with the ability to understand clients' preferences and desires.
  • Support the wider gallery network by considering how brand amplification can be executed and articulated locally.
  • Facilitate connections focused on artist relevancy by engaging with the right networks and contacts to understand the broader market including trends and what is happening socially.

Who we're looking for:


As a Partnerships Executive you will be present, in market, and astutely and intrinsically aware of trends and what is happening across brands, communities, sectors, economic and social spaces.


  • Have experience of building and securing corporate partnerships including networking, making approaches, writing proposals, and securing relationships.
  • Experience in both external and internal stakeholder engagement and influence.
