Position:
Night Concierge


Location:190 Strand


Working Hours:4 days on, 4 days off


Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)


Contract:

Development Details:

This role will be based at a flagship development located on the world-famous Strand. The development contains 216 bespoke apartments and penthouses.

The development contains a stylish business suite, luxurious pool and spa, 24-hour concierge and is located close to Temple underground station.


Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
  • You'll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. **(Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
