Commercial Operations Associate


EMJ is looking for a driven and meticulous Commercial Operations Associate to be responsible for managing projects through the contracting and finance process with the goal of reducing the cash conversion cycle.

Expectations

  • Review information about projects and create contracts.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and request Project Exceptions and Payment Term Approvals.
  • Create and adapt contracting timelines to accommodate all stakeholders and be able to have contingency plans as needed.
  • Liaise with departments internally to ensure project briefs are communicated fully and expectations are managed.
  • Submit project status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Process and log client interactions into a CRM system.
  • Keep abreast of changes to policies, processes and procedures.

Experience Required

Essential

  • Comfortable building relationships and networking with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Desirable

  • Proficiency in using and analysing data in Excel
  • Experience in reviewing legal documentation
  • Experience using Xero
  • Degree or equivalent, relevant qualification

Salary:

£25,000


Reports to:

Andy Hodding (Commercial Operations Lead)


Hours:
8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri


Working pattern:

This is a full-time office based role
