About Our Client:

Initially working on a 3-month temporary contract, the Lease Administrator will join a global business leading in Veterinary care.


You will work on a hybrid pattern with three days per week office based and two day working from home.


Key responsibilities of the Lease Administrator

  • Read through and select relevant information from lease agreements (mainly equipment and motor vehicle leases) across the Group. Information to be found is start date, end date, payment amount, payment frequency.
  • Lease agreements will be in different languages so the ability to use translation tool and find relevant information quickly is essential.
  • Update excel tracker with lease agreements found in timely manner.
  • Save lease agreements in correct folders on Sharepoint.
  • During month end we may need help loading corrections from excel file onto BDO lead. This is a manual, but straightforward process and training will be given.
  • Ability to search through documents quickly to find information and record accurately.
  • Ability to work with other Lease Administrators as a team.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in office a week.

The successful Lease Administrator:


  • Proven administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

What's on Offer:

- £12.31-£13.80 per hour
