My client is a leading Southampton employer
- a leader in their field
- who are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join their success team
- overseeing process improvement and development, as well as being involved in other key projects.

Working with other key finance leaders, this is a key role developing processes around new accounting systems, as well as carrying out all the required reporting across numerous business units.

Duties include
- process improvement
- monthly business unit reporting
- balance sheet oversight
- including analysis
- working with other key stakeholders
- liaise with external auditors
- is a qualified accountant with two years minimum PQ experience
- is from a financial services background or Big - has change management experience
- is an excellent communicator
- has stakeholder engagement experience
