£45,000 +Commission

You Will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring an efficient service is provided that exceeds their resourcing requirements
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets as per the performance and promotion criteria
  • Manage client relationships, gain commitment from clients through regular sales calls and visits
  • Structure daily and weekly activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Manage relationships with existing accounts as well as generating new business

You Are:

  • You have a strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your market
  • Resilience, selfmotivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ambitious, selfmotivated, resilient, disciplined.
  • Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously onmultiple projects.
  • Superior at selling, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
