If you are an Employer's Agent with residential experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the delivery of high quality and sustainable affordable housing.

Does this sound like you?:

You are an experienced Employer's Agent based in the South East
Plenty of experience in the residential sector
Happy to work independently on a range of project sizes and types from smaller rural infill schemes to large flagship multiphase new settlement projects
Passionate about delivery of high quality, sustainable affordable housing

What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it):

Working from home full-time as part of the MGAC affordable housing team, linked to the London office (so you won't miss out on socials)
Reporting directly to the Director of Affordable Housing
You will be acting as Employer's Agent, Project Monitor and Client support focused on a select number of key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main MGAC point of contact
Working across the full project life cycle, assisting clients to realise opportunities and secure new pipeline projects, through to post occupation review and closure
You will be given full responsibility for supporting clients to realise their development opportunities as well as independently overseeing the delivery of their projects once on site
Expect to manage 68 schemes concurrently
