Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 0900am - 1800, with flexibility on peak demand or audits to work until the job is done.

A flexible a approach to shift times can be discussed.

The key responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk include:

Dealing with complex queries and payroll (Sage)
Large volume payroll with majority of staff weekly
Driving process and system improvement across the payroll function
Processing payroll from end to end
Carrying out statutory calculations
Managing starters and leavers
Ensure audit standards are met
Work and support other business areas such as Operations, HR and Health and Safety on ensuring a robust resolution to all queries
End to end payroll experience will be essential
Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
Minimum of 3 years experience dealing with HR related tasks
General Business Administration experience
Good Microsoft Office knowledge
Good communication skills at all levels
Flexible attitude
Good Problem Solver
