Service Coordinator (Lifts) - NW4


We are partnering with a leading elevator maintenance company based in NW London, specializing in providing high-quality maintenance services for elevators.

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join their operational team.


About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and schedule elevator maintenance service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Purchase materials and supplies needed for maintenance jobs, ensuring costeffectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Manage client bookings and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on payments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, job assignments, and client interactions.
  • Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the lift industry, with knowledge of elevator maintenance processes and procedures.
  • At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
