Service Coordinator (Lifts) - NW4
We are partnering with a leading elevator maintenance company based in NW London, specializing in providing high-quality maintenance services for elevators.
With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join their operational team.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule elevator maintenance service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Purchase materials and supplies needed for maintenance jobs, ensuring costeffectiveness and timely delivery.
- Manage client bookings and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on payments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, job assignments, and client interactions.
- Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the lift industry, with knowledge of elevator maintenance processes and procedures.
- At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
