As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients with mental health conditions.

Your role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment and support.

You will be expected to provide emotional support to patients, administer medications, and monitor their progress throughout their stay in the hospital.
