Multi Skilled Operative - Chester, United Kingdom - Colorend Ltd
Description
The role involves assisting with the development of 8 no large Grade 2 listed properties in Chester including plumbing/ joinery/ electrical/ etc.
Small amount of work maintaining various rental properties in Salford, Wigan and Leigh also.Applicants must have own transport/ tools/ experience in construction. Cscs card preferred but not essential to start but must obtain if you start.
Salary:
£130.00-£170.00 per day

- Chester, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
