Mechanical Estimator


Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze project documents and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy of estimates.
  • Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed.
  • Maintain records of estimates, costs, and project details for future reference.

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, materials, and costs.
  • Proficiency in estimating software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:


  • Cost control

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
