This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship role - split 80/20 between working and earning with the employer gaining valuable hands on skills, and learning & gaining qualifications with Solveway Apprenticeships

What will the apprentice be doing?

We specialise in providing tailored energy consulting services, staying at the forefront of industry advancements to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Energy Consultant to join our team.
In this role you will be completing the following tasks:
- Make outbound calls to potential business customers, gathering sales information, handling objections, and presenting our unique selling points to entice the customer to engage with us.
- Take charge of your workload and create a pipeline by achieving key performance indicators.
- Consult with clients to understand their energy requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop tailored proposals that specify recommended energy solutions, estimated costs, and potential savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be gaining the Business Administration Level 3 qualification and you will receive full on the job training and the support.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking to offer full time employment upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
