Customer Service Apprenticeships _ Parts Advisor
Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual? Are you keen to learn and train with a leading Automotive Dealer Group and work with their exciting product?

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our hugely successful Volkswagen Centre in Sevenoaks is looking to attract a new Parts Advisor to join their Apprentice programme.

Parts Advisors work within the Workshop alongside the Technicians assisting them with Parts inventory, ordering and selection.

The Apprenticeship is geared toward training the next generation of fully-fledged super stars.

YOUR DEVELOPMENT

This position will be part of the national apprentice scheme, so you will also be working towards your level 2 and level 3 NVQ in customer service.

This is two-year apprentice scheme, with basic salary in line with the government recommended salary for a year one, and year two apprentice.

A typical working week could be 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, however each of our Retailers will have different requirements.

All learners will be required to work the minimum apprenticeship duration of 30 hours per week. At least 20% of your working hours will be allocated to 'off-the-job' training.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Age:16+

Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
