A major national firm is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to manage the evening document solutions team.

Facilities Coordinator (Evenings) - Nottingham - Up to £26,000 - REF604974TH

The Role

A high-profile national firm regarded as a leader in the legal field with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join the Nottingham office.

This is an exciting and varied role that would suit an ambitious facilities professional who enjoys being involved in a wide range of tasks and playing a pivotal part in the day-to-day running of the firm.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating the team's workload
Demonstrating problemsolving skills
Demonstrating experience in motivating teams and building team morale

Managing operational issues:

Managing of high-level facility services:

Regularly reviewing performance:

Implementing and improving processes
Supporting leadership in implementing various new projects and initiatives
Managing Printing/ reprographic services and scanning services
Managing Electronic document creation and transmission
Supervising Incoming and outgoing mail services and records management
Supporting a range of projects
Proficient in the use of MS Office, Outlook and Adobe
Excellent communication skills
Ideally educated to A-Level Standard
Knowledge of Kofax Capture, MicroDicom, icompli, SeeUnity, Visual files, Fiery print driver, electronic fax systems, workflow ticketing, document management & case management systems would be an advantage
