Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent opportunity working for a well established business based on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre with a view to start immediately.

You will be working as part of a small friendly purchase ledger team where you will be responsible for processing up to 500 invoices per month.

Your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, processing payments by BACs and cheque, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries, processing employee expenses and resolving queries.


My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk who is able to join the business and hit the ground running.

You must have strong attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and you must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.
