Salary:
£55,789 - £60,648 per annum
Contract/Hours: 24 month Fixed-Term (with possible extension), Full time (37 hours per week)
Enhanced Annual Leave: 24 days per annum (plus bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)

Lead and be accountable for the delivery of the transformation programme required by the councils to translate the technology, customer and corporate strategies into successful projects.
Engage with and support the transformation communication plan required for effective information sharing and feedback to and from internal and external stakeholders
Manage and maintain the key performance indicators for the service to identify trends and make recommendations for changes to the delivery methodology, governance and ways of working to ensure continuous improvement.
Be accountable for the quarterly and annual service reports including successes and areas for improvement
