HYBRID DRIVER
£ £15.40 | Hanley (Stoke-on-Trent)


AES Business Solutions specialises in the recruitment and placement of temporary staff throughout Stafford/Stoke-on-Trent, and we have an opportunity available for a Hybrid Driver to work for one of our clients, who are one of the largest motor vehicle retailing groups in the UK.


In this role, you will be working as a Hybrid Transporter Driver delivering new cars to business & private address' throughout the UK.

Predominately, You will be driving a Mitsubishi L200 vehicle, but will be required to drive a 5 car Transporter when required.

When driving the 5 Car Transporter, a minimum of 2-3 nights out could be expected. Nights out will be paid at £25.

You will be working Monday - Friday, with start and finish times varying due to delivery times.

Duties for this position will include:

  • Liasing with customers to arrange delivery.
  • Safely loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are strapped safely onto the trailer prior to delivery.
  • Attention to detail when appraising the vehicle for scratches/damages with customers.

Applicants interested in this position will need to hold C on their drivers licence, hold an indate tachograph card and have CPC to be considered for this role.

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£13.20-£15.40 per hour
