KM4HR are looking for an experienced People Manager to join their well-known and established hospitality client in this newly created permanent role


Joining at an exciting time you will be involved in projects relating to the modernisation of processes and policies whilst becoming integral to the future people development strategy that will follow a planned rebrand.

The HR Manager will also directly manage and supervise two HR Administrators.

This a hybrid role, 2 days with the office, the rest flexible


Key duties of the role include:

  • Assist in the management of HR Administration for the full employee lifecycle
  • Ensure the HR Administration team provides support for all HR queries
  • Management of employee lifecycle activities and projects
  • Ensure all colleague information is accurately updated and maintained
  • Management of the new colleague starter & leavers process
  • Monthly payroll support reporting and checking of monthly salaries to be processed
  • Assisting senior HR leadership team with all employee lifecycle projects and wider HR projects such as benefits and incentives

Experience required:

To be successful in this position you will need to have a keen interest in all employee lifecycle activities.

Experience of working in similar roles, providing you with the scope of knowledge to support on key projects is essential.


  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Previous management experience within a HR environment
  • Multisite experience gained within a retail (or similar) environment
  • HR experience supporting staff employed off site and in HO locations
  • Great communication skills, excellent attention to detail along with being a team player
  • HRMS experience
  • Ability to recognise and develop internal talent specifically within a HR environment
  • Salary c£45,000 pa
