Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our 1169 student residents in the Halls of Residence.

You will need excellent customer service alongside administrative skills and attention to detail to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders.


You will be a key member of the Residential Life team and provide key administrative support for the Residential Life team.

As the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents, you will have responsibility for ensuring a high level of service is provided to each guest, working alongside colleagues within the team and the wider University.


You are expected to be flexible to respond to the needs of the Residential Life team and stakeholders depending on changing client requirements and the priorities of the team and are required to work regular weekends.
