Solution Architect (Hybrid - Nottingham) - £75k - £80k - IT Software House

Business Architect | Business Systems | Technical Skillset | Stakeholder Management

Salary:
£75,000 - £80,000 + bonus + 10% pension contribution + other benefits


Location:
Nottingham (Hybrid, Flexible)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate requirements definition and management method, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from plandriven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
  • Leads the creation of technical plans as part of a change programme and coordinates with project and business assurance professionals to guarantee that the right technical resources are made available.
  • Negotiates competing priorities and conflicts.
  • Leads the development of systems architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
  • Employs standardised procedures for locating prospective risk events, calculating and documenting their likelihood of occurring, and assessing their potential effects on the company.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience as a Business Architect; knowledge of designing solutions for a range of business systems, such as HRIS, ERP, CRM, Finance/Payroll, and others.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage provision of consultancy services by providing advice
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
