SEND Teaching Assistant

Location:
Littleover, Derby

Salary:
£75 - £85 a day (PAYE)
DegreeSix SEND are a specialist agency that specifically work with schools across Derbyshire to support children who have SEND. We are working with a local school close by to Littleover who need SEND Teaching Assistants.

In this role you will be required to support students who have statements of ASD, SEMH and other complex needs.

You will be supporting them in small groups or on a 1 to 1 basis, supporting them with their academic and social skills.

This is a
part-time role, if you have any availability between Monday - Friday (8:30am-3:30pm) I would be keen to hear from you.

What you will need to be successful:

Experience of working in a similar role
A positive attitude and desire to support to education and learning of a child
DBS (online) or be willing to obtain one
2 check able references
