Page Personnel are currently supporting a growing organisation in the Education sector with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a busy HR function in Coventry.

This role will be fully office based working.

Description

Working within a small HR function, the role of HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting stakeholders achieve their people and business goals.

Working closely with business leads, this is a generalist role including but not limited to:

Provide guidance to line managers regarding HR policies and procedures
Provide advice and guidance to line managers regarding a range of employee relations casework including complex matters
Upskill line managers to deal with people matters effectively
Support the stakeholders and leadership to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the organisation.
Deliver HR initiatives and projects
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to provide HR guidance and a consistent approach

Profile
Ideally you will hold (or be studying towards) HR qualifications.

Job Offer
Up to circa £42,000
