  • We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team on a full time and permanent basis.

What will you be doing?
Your role will be to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our work streams.

You'll assess compliance with quality control procedures, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to maintaining a consistently high standard of service to our clients.


  • Facilitate the communication of policy, procedure and best practices to all operational personnel, highlighting amendments to any client practices, procedures and industry standards.
  • Regularly communicate via a robust structure with operational teams your reviewed findings, to identify and correct any nonconformity or observed trends.
  • Adhere to our operational assurance strategy and KPIs by undertaking detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations and maintaining accurate records of audit results and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure continual professional development in conjunction with current industry practices and client specifications.

What competencies are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) requirements.
  • Working knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure networks, including both copper and fibre.
  • Understanding of safe working practices, not limited to Streetworks, overhead and underground disciplines, as well as correct site setups, accreditation and use of equipment.
  • Knowledge of uptodate client specification documents and best practice methods.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance.
  • Confident in planning riskbased quality regimes, targeting identified areas of noncompliance.
  • Mitigating the risk of noncompliance by following robust audit procedures and following up with appropriate corrective actions, as well as ensuring audit noncompliance's are seen through to completion, in conjunction with the operational team.
