Position:
Team Leader

Salary:
up to £30,000

Location:
Preston (Site Based; one day working from home)

Are you an experienced Team Leader, looking for a new challenge? Do you have superb Excel and data manipulation skills? Is recruitment something that interests you? If you answered 'Yes', we might have an ideal NEW YEAR opportunity for you.

Some background information:

We are supporting one of our amazing clients in their search for a Team Leader who will lead on all things recruitment and ensure smooth running of the process from start to finish.

Currently, the client is on a transformation journey, looking at restructuringthe team in the New Year, so this will be a brand new role

Your new responsibilities:

Big part of your role will be to manage and manipulate the recruitment trackers to easily inform of workload, progress, SLAs and priorities.

You will be the go-to person for quality assurance, so doing audits will be another responsibility under your belt.

You and the team will always aim to deliver an excellent customer service and full compliance. You will ensure a great onboarding experience for the amazing new starters, but will also manage the exit process.

Of course, you will promote a culture of learning and upskilling, and will also assist HR with the ad hoc projects.
