Description

An established £300m turnover retailer is looking to hire a Finance Systems Manager for a 12 month contract (which could become permanent).

This is a newly created role bridging the gap between IT & Finance following a system implementation of Dynamics 365in 2021.

This is a hybrid role based in luxury offices near Shepherd's Bush. They are in the offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

This opportunity reports directly to the Head of Financial Operations. You will be responsible for all systems queries and upgrades on Dynamics 365.

Your duties will include:

Supporting the team with the monthly D365 upgrade releases through understanding and testing any new features, facilities and validating the finance regression tests
Supporting business initiatives that impact the finance system and finance processes
Communicate and train on any system upgrades and features
Training new starters on the system and creating a system manual for the team
Lead the continuous workstream initiatives by identifying opportunities of new features for financial reporting
Ownership of the master data infrastructure
Explore Power BI tool and provide recommendations on how to use it to best benefit the finance team
Provide hypercare support to the finance team
Liaise and work with external suppliers to complete the Accounts Payable project for stock invoices
Be the main point of contact for all systems queries
Adhoc analysis and reporting
