The Best Connection have some excellent opportunities for long-term van work based in Redditch, working for our client, a global market leader in automotive glass solutions.

Working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with start times from 9:30am. Permanent positions available after the completion of a successful trial period.


General duties will involve, the delivery of automotive windscreens throughout the UK, using new and well-maintained vehicles with overtime available.

Shift / Pay rates:


  • Monday to Friday 9:30am 17:30pm
  • PAYE £11.91 per hour. Rising to £13.75 per hour after 12 weeks.


  • PAYE

  • Overtime (After 42 Hours) £14.38 per hour Rising to £14.95 after 12 weeks.


  • PAYE

  • Saturdays £17.94 per hour

Duties Include:


  • Preparation of van and loading the windscreens from the warehouse ready for delivery
deliveries per day to locations across the UK

  • Handball involving some heavy lifting
  • Computer literate and SAP/ Scanning knowledge would be beneficial
