  • As CRM Manager you will be working within the marketing function to lead on the CRM and digital strategy for our new homes program._

Key Responsibilities of a CRM Manager

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications create a marketing & sales automation strategy and customer UX strategy,
  • Liaise with the inhouse Salesforce Product Ownership team, as well as the Salesforce and web partners to deliver projects in an Agile manner.
  • Prioritise projects as required and deliver to deadline and within projected quality
  • Plan and implement successful rollout of projects, ensuring adequate product testing Run and analyse customer segmentation, data and reports to drive more personalised marketing messages based on behaviour, product, channel and message.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Demonstrable experience in a CRM focussed role
  • Experience working on CRM implementation projects
  • Ability to work within a framework of project delivery and quality gate acceptance processes within a fast paced, agile business environment
