Yolk Recruitment are working closely with an established and growing aesthetics company to hire a Receptionist and Administrator to join their team in Newport.

This is what you'll be doing.


This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced Receptionist and Administrator to join a growing office in Newport.

You will directly support the manager to be the first point of contact for visitors to the office, welcoming all patientsand guests in a polite manner and acting the friendly point of contact for patients throughout the day.


You will also:

  • Organise meetings, schedule appointments and manage the company diary
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation when necessary
  • Purchase and organise office supplies, products and stock
  • Provide administrative support for the business through various tasks, including uploading patient documents and notes to their profiles and note taking
  • Upsell products when possible
  • Have the opportunity to travel to their London clinic to support the manager
  • Directly support the manager with various other tasks

The experience you'll bring to the team


As a Receptionist and Administrator, you will have experience in being highly organised and completing various administrative tasks under time constraints.

You must be able to drive for this role and should be comfortable to travel to London occasionally.


You will also have:

  • A friendly and welcoming manner
  • Previous experience within a beauty or healthcare environment would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and competent typing skills
  • The ability to be selfmotivated and work alone
