What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable UK Regional Marketing Partner who will work directly with the UK and Group Marketing teams and Regional Directors, to drive the short
- term effectiveness and long-term success of the regional marketing activities.


We are looking for someone who will help develop the marketing plans for a group of our key business regions and support the delivery of those activities to drive increased engagement and growth, as well as working closely with the other UK and Group Marketing teams.


As a UK Regional Marketing Partner you will have the skill and experience to integrate yourself into our organisation quickly, with a pleasing demeanour and strong relationship skills that can influence outcomes across all stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to the UK Marketing Manager with additionally a close relationship with the Regional Directors, and will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Regional marketing. Driving a key area of our growth strategy, developing regional marketing plans, supporting delivery, tracking performance and enabling Regional Directors to action their own activities.
  • Campaign management. Creating, delivering, reporting and optimising integrated, regional multichannel campaigns.
  • Data ownership. Be responsible for the accurate data management for your regions.
  • Holding key stakeholder relationships and working together with central teams to coordinate requirements, executing effective sales account management, meet agreed timescales and share best practices and insight.
  • Regional events marketing. Planning, promoting and delivering online and face
- to-face events.

Skills & Knowledge:


  • Ability to thrive in a high growth environment, with a trackrecord of achievement in the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multitask and prioritise efficiently.
  • The ability to work independently and problem solve where necessary, as well as to work as an integral part of the team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Effective, versatile and actionoriented; able to engage in marketing planning discussions, manage the operational delivery, and to roll up your sleeves for all levels of tasks required.
  • A keen eye for the numbers and desire to interrogate the detail.

Requirements:


  • Flexible working hours to accommodate requirements of a global business, early and late appointments.
  • Intermediate/advanced user or Microsoft programs and Office 365.
