The Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) brings together key health, care, community and voluntary sector organisations across our area.

The ICB has a bold ambition to deliver improved outcomes for our 1.2m population, placing clinical and professional leadership and the voice of our residents at the heart of realising this ambition.

An exciting vacancy has arisen for a highly motivated Engagement Officer. This newly created post sits within the Strategy & Partnerships directorate, inside our Communications & Engagement Team.

The team supports the delivery of the priorities and objectives of the ICB through the delivery of excellent engagement focused on our patients, staff and wider communities alongside supporting the development of excellent relationships with partners and stakeholders locally, regionally and nationally.

You should be capable of setting the highest professional standards, inspiring, and empowering to engage with residents, and ensure their voice in heard in the development of local services with measurable behavioural outcomes.

You will be working with an award winning team of communications and engagement professionals as well as colleagues across our wider partners including GPs, hospitals, local government, and the voluntary sector.
