**Senior media planner - Independent Agency

London**This agency is a fullservice digital agency because of this, you will have the opportunity to get a lot of exposure to the different teams across the group such as the creative planners, creative testers, PR planners and web builders. They heavily investin their training and development of all employees as they have an established training course throughout the year. They always aim to promote from within and don't block anyone's development. This role was created as a result of their fast growth and newclients, so they are looking for a senior digital media planner to join them.
Work with a range of great clients ranging from automotive to retail clients that are really innovative and keen to test new things

The Job
As the Senior Media Planner, your responsibilities will include:

Creating digital strategy and plans across channels such as PPC, Social and Programmatic Display
Leading client engagement and build strong relationships and trust with clients
Focusing on the development of each of your team members by providing continuous support and training
Working on new business pitches to acquire ambitious clients for the agency
Involves sometimes going into platforms to activate campaigns

You

Have a proven experience in client management and good at building client relationships
Strong communicator and presenter that can simplify the digital world to client
Experience in creating digital campaigns for clients
Has experience managing the implementation of digital marketing strategies
Good commercial experience and revenue focused
Agency background
