This established Lloyd's broker does not currently have a dedicated global offshore P&I Head or subject matter expert.

Existing business is currently being managed as part of a package of lines by the wider marine business, but as the unit continues togrow at pace and with increased demand there is now need for an expert to assist in continuing the growth of P&I lines.

In this brand new role you will take responsibility for identifying and assisting clients with technical services, providing technical leadershipfor the offshore P&I business area and playing a role in production of new accounts on a global basis.

The role may suit either someone from a broking or club environment, who is looking for a step up to lead their own business unit.

Most importantly for thisrole is the need to find a high energy, dynamic individual who is prepared to take accountability for their own performance and who wants "to make things happen".
