  • Ability to Multi task complex queries with an attention to detail_
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK_
  • Excellent communication skills_
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy_

The Role_

  • Shift patterns
  • Opt 4 on 4 off opt 5 on 3 off 12 hour shifts_
  • Answering call's quickly and in a professional manner_
  • Deploying jobs to our recovery staff_
  • Liaising with customers, handling queries_
  • Free onsite parking_
  • All training provided_
  • Stakeholder Pension_
  • Up to 28 days holiday dependent on working pattern_
