Description

This role sits within the Global Marketing Team at RICS and plays a pivotal role in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass membership acquisition/retention marketing, product marketing and brand marketing.

The primary focus is on driving business growth, generating leads and promoting RICS' key themes and brand messaging.

The Marketing Executive will develop, implement, analyse, and report on individual marketing campaigns with an emphasis on engagement, membership growth and revenue generation.


Key Achievements & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan
  • Create customer journeys through integrated activities that encompass membership retention, acquisition marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, leveraging data and insights, and regularly measure and report campaign performance to the marketing team and relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for developing contentbased marketing activities to support growth and nurture
  • Create and execute demand generation and awareness campaigns leading on content development and distribution
  • Promote RICS' core activities and on a global and regional scale
  • Ensure that individual marketing campaigns and messaging align with RICS brand guidelines
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, analysing and reporting on individual marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve marketing objectives
  • Proactively manage the marketing funnel including lead nurture/renurture and lead scoring
  • Support on additional ad hoc projects (as required) to support the overall marketing teams' objectives
Expected Outcomes

  • Campaign performance including quality and timely delivery

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years broad marketing experience, with demonstrable digital skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns for a B2B or B2C audience
  • Solid track record of developing and implementing marketing plans
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and an ability to report on campaign activity and present results and recommendations
  • Customerfocused with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships
  • Selfmotivated, able to manage tasks independently, prioritise effectively, and meet stakeholder expectations
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive and solutionoriented attitude a selfstarter who can drive projects forward
  • Familiarity or experience in the built and natural environment and/or professional services/membership body is a plus
