A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at a top law firm in Southampton which is currently looking to hire a senior level Corporate Tax Solicitor/Partner to play an integral part in their growing Corporate team.

Senior Corporate Tax Solicitor/Partner

Southampton

£70,000 - £95,000
The role will be to provide legal tax advice specifically supporting corporate transactions, therefore advice will include:

General corporation tax and capital gains tax advice
Advising on property taxes
Employment related securities
Assisting on M&A transactions

You will ideally be either ATT and CTA qualified or currently studying these on track to qualification.
