About the role, what will I be doing?_**
Events Server will actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times within the hotel

You will also be:

Ensuring that all guests are welcomed into the outlets in a warm, genuine and professional manner
To work closely with the Conference and Banqueting team in ensuring that improvements in the department are ongoing and consistent.
To ensure that high standards of personal and food hygiene are maintained within all areas of the department. To be involved in all audits that are completed within the department.
Anticipating and identifying guest expectations, to ensure that their needs are met and where possible to exceed demand
To maximize the sales of the Conference and Banqueting department and maximize room nights and sales within the all other Food and Beverage outlets.
Move furniture and setup the Events spaces according to the Function sheet

Must have:

Have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
Good spoken/written English
Flexibility is essential as the events schedule is always changing.
Must be able to work full time.

Advantage:

Experience in Events
H&S/Food hygiene qualifications
