About the role, what will I be doing?_**
Events Server will actively demonstrate excellence in customer care and service, whilst maintaining a professional image at all times within the hotel


You will also be:

  • Ensuring that all guests are welcomed into the outlets in a warm, genuine and professional manner
  • To work closely with the Conference and Banqueting team in ensuring that improvements in the department are ongoing and consistent.
  • To ensure that high standards of personal and food hygiene are maintained within all areas of the department. To be involved in all audits that are completed within the department.
  • Anticipating and identifying guest expectations, to ensure that their needs are met and where possible to exceed demand
  • To maximize the sales of the Conference and Banqueting department and maximize room nights and sales within the all other Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Move furniture and setup the Events spaces according to the Function sheet

Must have:


  • Have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good spoken/written English
  • Flexibility is essential as the events schedule is always changing.
  • Must be able to work full time.

Advantage:
