I am currently working exclusively with an international data intelligence business who are looking for a driven and focused Credit Controller to join them on a 3-6 month temp basis to help them through a busy period.

Working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. They operate a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
The rate shown is via an umbrella company.

Responsibilities:


  • Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure accurate and timely issue of end of hire invoices
  • Drafting and sending out various letters, such as legal action letters
  • Performing various credit checks on customers to assess their ability to meet their contract obligations
  • Negotiating payment plans with customers
  • Instructing external debt collection agencies and solicitors when all internal debt collection avenues have been exhausted
  • Maintaining debt collection process tracker, regularly reporting progress to senior management
