We are a small family GP practice in Chiswick, less than 4000 patient list size, looking for a part time receptionist to help cover our
MID MORNING TO AFTERNOON shifts.

The hours would be from Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3 days a week only)

The applicant ideally needs to be from a GP surgery background as a receptionist for at least ONE year or administrator, and able to multi task as they will be required to:

open up and lock up the surgery

- answer phones and deal with patient queries

Issue prescriptions

- scanning and attaching using docman

Patient registrations and deductions
Open post and disseminate appropriately

- book appointments using our template system
- stock up rooms on a rota basis

Preference will be given to someone who has systm one experience._

Good IT Skills are a requirement to work the clinical system as well as Word and Excel._

There is no parking on site so it would need to be someone local who can take a bus or train in to work.

The local tubes are Turnham Green and Chiswick Park on the district line. Buses are very local too.

NHS / NEST pension is offered.

5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata offered.

We would like for someone to start as soon as they can. Training will be provided.
